Check Design Details

The Design -> List section functions to aggregate a list of products based on variants and options, depending on how design files are uploaded.

The key fields users need to understand here include:

• Variants: the corresponding variant IDs of the product. The number of variants will vary depending on how designers assign design files to product variants.
• Customs: customer names, only orders with personalized names will have this field.
• Designer: the person who created and uploaded the design file to the system.
• Image: view the design file.

Factors determining the number of variants for a product:

There are two pieces of information to pay attention to here: All Variants and Options.

The display of variants and options depends on how many product variants the uploaded design applies to.

Specifically, go back to the Upload Design interface (see how to upload a design to a product here).

If the uploaded design is applied to all versions of the product (All Variant), regardless of color or size, then in the design list, the column will display True under the All Variant column.

If the product has special characteristics that require separate design files for each variant and cannot use the All Variant upload feature, the user must click on each variant option below. In the example image, the tumbler product has the Sky Blue color and a capacity of 40 Oz, so the corresponding Options column will display the variant selected.

For example, if you upload a design for a tumbler with the specific option of 40 Oz, and this tumbler line has 4 variants with different handle colors, then the column will display all 4 variant IDs as shown.

Similarly, if you choose to upload a design and select All Variant, the Variants column will show 8 different variants for this product, corresponding to 4 handle color options for both the 30 Oz and 40 Oz capacities (each capacity has 4 variants).
