Providing product data allows you to retrieve information of all products from one platform (product name, images, design files) and transfer it to another platform. Here, Inkble acts as an intermediary, helping users have a platform to convert product information, taking only 5 minutes to input and export product data.

You need to start by creating a feed from your store to export product data.

At the main dashboard interface, in the Apps section, you select the Inkble: Product Feeds application and click on Feeds to begin the process of retrieving product information.

Here, please select Create Feed to create a new feed and start extracting product information from your current store.

Please choose one of the two platforms for which you want to create a feed (for each platform, the feed will contain different information based on the templates provided by the platform), fill in all the required details, then press the Save button.

At that point, on the Product Feed page, the website from which you want to retrieve product information will appear. However, users will need an estimated 5 seconds for the system to compile the list of products from the store. During this time, the Status will display Pending.

Once the Status changes to Done (completed), you can click on Copy or Download to obtain the compiled product file.
