Product Feed Data

The Product Feed feature allows users to collect public product information from other websites. Inkble serves as the intermediary system: users provide a website URL to fetch the product data, and the system supports exporting that data into a CSV file.

To begin, go to the Menu, select Apps → Product Feed.

Domain List Interface

In the domain management interface, the displayed data is described below:

• Domain : The store domain from which you want to extract product data
• Sync Status: The current sync status of the domain
• Link: For newly added domains, once data sync is complete, a Copy button will appear to get the download link
• Created At: The date the domain was added
• Updated At: The last update timestamp of the domain
• Sync : Triggers a data sync for the domain. For domains still syncing (status shows pending), resync is not allowed for another 10 minutes
• Delete : Deletes the domain from the list

Adding a Domain

• Click Add Domain, then enter the public URL of the store you want to sync data from → then click Submit

• If the domain is invalid or disallows syncing, an error notification will be shown:

• If the domain is valid and allows syncing, a new domain entry will be created. The Sync Status will show as pending, and the download link won’t be available yet.

Retrieving Product Feed CSV File

• Once syncing is complete, the status will show as done, and the Copy button will be enabled
• Users can copy the download link of the product feed file

• The downloaded CSV file will contain product data as shown:
