Create Facebook Ads Campaigns

Currently, Inkble supports the feature to create Facebook ad campaigns through the CRM platform. You just need to have a BM (Business Manager) with integrated accounts inside and connect the BM to the system through a token.

At the page Setting -> Facebook, you will see a list of accounts inside the BM that you have added to the system.

BMs will be connected to Inkble’s CRM system through a token. The token works as a security code connecting the BM and the system. When the token changes, the linked BM will also disappear from the system.

Get the token to integrate BM

To get the token, click the Add Token (+) button at the top right of the screen.

At the new interface, you will see the required fields of the BM, specifically:

• Name: Name of the BM
• Access token: Security token to connect the BM with the Inkble system
• CPS: Cost per sale
• CTR: Click Through Rate
• Limit budget: budget limit for the BM

The information fields related to the BM's metrics can be set later, but there are 2 mandatory fields that must be filled in: BM name and Access token.

To get the token for BM, please go to this link.

The link will ask you to log in via Instagram with the following interface:

• Continue to grant access permissions
• After successful login, continue to access this link.

You will be taken to a new page with a URL like in the image. The token you need to copy is the part after the #access_token= parameter and before the next part.

After entering the two required fields – token and name of the BM – click Save to complete the BM integration into the system.

Then the newly created BM will appear at the top right of the screen.

You can delete the BM that was just added by deleting the token, editing the token, and checking the BM status using the action buttons next to it.

Note that when you choose to Delete Token, all data related to the BM that was integrated into the system through that token will also be deleted and cannot be restored.
